2. Products and Services

We offer a range of products, including but not limited to:

• Fresh gourmet mushrooms (e.g., oyster, lion’s mane, shiitake)

• Dried mushrooms and mushroom powders

• Mushroom-based food items (e.g., sauces, seasonings, teas)

• Mushroom grow kits and related cultivation products (where applicable)

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and availability, but we do not guarantee that all details are current, complete, or error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is due in full at the time of order via accepted payment methods (e.g., debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.).

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within the UK (mainland and selected regions).

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including courier issues or adverse weather conditions.

• Fresh mushrooms are perishable and should be received and stored appropriately on arrival. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Fresh products: Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns of fresh mushrooms. If you receive damaged or spoiled items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Non-perishable products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

6. Product Use and Health Disclaimer

• Our products are intended for culinary and general wellness purposes only. We do not provide medical advice or make health claims.

• Please consult a healthcare professional before consuming mushroom products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a known medical condition.

• Individuals with mushroom allergies should not consume our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and product packaging—including but not limited to logos, designs, text, photos, and graphics—is the property of Kitchen of the Woods and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

• Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
